Return Policy
Signs of Angels, inc. will refund the cost of any returned merchandise, less shipping, as long as*:
● It is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
● A return authorization number is included.
● The product is returned in original saleable condition.
● Damage due to improper packaging, care or handling by you is not returnable.
● Signs of Angels is not responsible for misdirected mail or Email or for any unseen delays in shipping.

Return Process
• Please contact Signs of Angels via email: info@SignsofAngels.com, or phone: 732.477.4889 to receive your Return Authorization Code (all returns MUST have a Return Authorization Code for processing).
• Include a copy of your packing slip.
• Your money will be refunded, less shipping charges, within 14 days of the date we receive it.
• We will send you a return label if the package arrived to you damaged.

At-Home Angel Party Return Policy
A store credit will be given for returned merchandise purchased as part of a home party. This enables the hosts to have their benefits within 7 days of the closing date, rather than having to wait at least 30 days in case of returns. However, for extenuating circumstances please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Policies
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
First Class Mail does not offer tracking.
Priority Mail delivery estimation is only an estimation, not a guarantee.
Priority Mail International does not offer tracking.
Domestic US Shipping
• Items are shipped out within 1 or 2 business days. (In the unlikely event that an item will take longer to ship, we will contact you via email.)
• Items are shipped via USPS. The large statues arrive FedEx.
• If you need to receive your items quicker, contact us via email and we will try to accommodate you.
International Shipping
• Items are shipped out within 1 or 2 business days. (In the unlikely event that an item will take longer to ship, we will contact you via email.)
• Angel Club Members are responsible for customs and VAT charges that may occur.
• Items are shipped via USPS International. It can take up to a couple of weeks to reach international destinations.
• If you need to receive your items quicker, contact us via email and we will try to accommodate you.
